Supported Hardware Targets

JKBMSR supports four BMS protocols and seven gateway hardware targets.

Supported BMS protocols

• JK-BMS — UART or BLE (JK02)
• Daly — UART or BLE
• JBD (Xiaoxiang / Overkill Solar / LLT Power) — UART or BLE
• Seplos — BLE only

All access is read-only: JKBMSR listens to telemetry your BMS already broadcasts and never sends configuration, control, or write commands to it. See the safety and OTA safety guides for details.

• esp32-classic-8mb
• esp32-c3-4mb
• esp32-c6-4mb
• esp32-s2-4mb
• esp32-s3-4mb
• esp8266-uart-lite (UART-only; no BLE, no OTA — USB/web-serial reflash only)

Every target except esp8266-uart-lite supports signed over-the-air (OTA) updates. See Verify checksums and OTA validation for how signed releases are verified.
